A foundation close to my heart.
I’m a proud member of the Young Professional Leadership Committee for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, as it is an organization very close to my heart. On June 3rd, I will be leading “Team Sparkle” for the CFF’s Manhattan Chapter annual walk, GREAT STRIDES, the CFF’s largest and most successful fundraising event. To kick off walk season with some spirit, I recently co-hosted a fundraising event with Team Sparkle. We served “Sparkle Sangria” and “Sparkle-Tinis”, and enjoyed a captivating and motivating speech by a friend of mine from the YPLC, Piper Beatty. I also shared with them a video about a very special story. Allow me to introduce to you my friends John and Casey, my inspiration for joining the fight against Cystic Fibrosis.
