One helluva proposal. With over 11 million views on youtube, it seems as though every one is swooning. Congratulations to Amy and Issac! Bravo to Issac and friends for pulling off one of the best proposals ever. Amy and Issac are both actors in the Portland area and live to entertain others. It was only fitting that Issac would give Amy the world’s most heartwarming “show” and entertain her before he pops the question. He wanted to dazzle her, and dazzle her he did.
