Brides Across America

9/11 Never Forget.

On this solemn anniversary, our thoughts and prayers are with those who lost their life on September 11th and those fight for our freedom.

The men and women of the military dedicate their lives to serving our country and fighting for our freedom.  Oftentimes, their weddings are postponed due to deployment.  Brides Across America is a nationwide charitable organization that unites with bridal salons to make free gowns available to military brides who are facing deployment of their own or their fiancé’s.  The program was founded in 2007 and to date, about 5,000 gowns have been given away.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this program visit  Brides Across America‘s website for their 2012 Nationwide Event Calendar and other information.

Interested in donating?  Wedding gowns not older than 4 years are accepted, as well as tiaras, veils, and accessories.  Click HERE for more donation information.

What a great cause. I was going to say, maybe I could donate mine, but that shit’s going on seven years already. I wonder if it’s turned yellow. I’m almost scared to open it.
